48 to 12 reducer mounting
I need to know where to mount the reducer on a 2010 precedent club cart.
I has the 4 -- 12 volt batteries and there is no room under the seat. Instructions says it need air flow because of the heat. I would like to know how much heat. If it want burn you, I could mount it on the roof frame. Any help will be appreciated. Sonny |

Mount under the front cowl. There is a steel plate with pre-drilled holes above and between front wheels.

Re: 48 to 12 reducer mounting
Was just talking to ScottyB and was wondering about mounting it to one of the plastic trays behind dash and adding a fan. Maybe drilling a couple holes for added ventilation. Would be a closed off area since it would have a complete dash face installed. Your thoughts???

Mount it to back side of the controller box. Just drill some holes through the plastic. It would face towards the back of the cart looking at the motor and axel. Perfect location and will have lots of air travel.
