Captain6 first off Welcome

I am new on BGW myself and the support oh BGW is great

If you did the speed sensor test and everything checked out good, I have read several post on here about checking the MCOR witch is lacated under your floorboard.

I hope some of the other guys on here will chime in to help you fix your cart because I am no expert.

So the cart will not move at all? It could very well be the MCOR, but if it does absolutely nothing, it could be the solenoid.

jakesnake27, no it moves, takes off like normal then drops to about 3 mph, MCOR or speed sensor? from what I`ve read it passes the speed sensor push test( tries to brake and beeps when pushed).

. . . try cleaning the connection points of the cable at the MCOR . . . that's a start . . .

It sounds like the speed sensor is fine. Hopefully it's a dirty MCOR.

Also just because you replaced the batteries does not mean one or more is not bad, you should still check the pack voltage and load test with a volt meter.

Exactly

Believe it or not, when I bought my very first cart back in 2009, I put six brand new 8v Interstates in it. I put them in cart, charged them up, and the next day when I went to drive it, it barely moved and did a shuttering motion. One of the brand new batteries was completely dead because of a bad cell!

It happens...
