I put 4 gauge cable on the batteries and all wire leading to motor. The only place I have 6 gauge is on the V-glide. I didn't worry about those wires since I'm running the High Speed through the other solenoid. The motor is CC 2.97 special.

Well, I sold my old 36v resistor cart & bought a 1997 48v cart instead, got a rear seat & 48v for $300 more than I sold my 36v cart. I'd say I didn't do too bad!

As long as you are happy with the new cart is all that matters

I think I did really good. Something is up with the steering since it pulls left but I plan on doing a lift so I will sort it out when I replace the A arms.

That's our Northern States Anti-Golf Topical Treatment. Works great!

That's nice...
Did you purposefully put the front seatback upside down?
It looks kind of cool like that...

I didn't do anything, it's how I bought it. I'm going to go through it this week.

Oooook, I was getting this post confused with another....
Now I realize you just bought the cart!
As for the roof, I would try to find a 2000.5 or newer beige DS roof. They are much stronger than the first generation roofs. It appears that you already have the black rear supports, so you will just need the front black supports and it will mount right up...
