I had bad luck with vvme on my f150. 2 sets bad back to back.. I eventually just went back to OEM on my truck. I had the xentec brand in my truck before and they lasted 2 years and its always a good deal on them.

crazy, i've done probably 20+ sets of VVME and have only had 2 ballasts go bad in 3 years since I started doing them. Fords do seem to have electrical issues. would sometiems get a hum through the radio. the grounds are terrible.

So the 880 bulbs fit the lights ok? My club car has the 889s also, but I don't see that listed as a bulb option on the auction.

Yes, there are several sizes that all fit, just the mount may not be angled, but the mount can be cut.

Just got my set in and installed them last night. Light out put is way better and clear compared to just the factory bulbs. Well worth the $28 spent on them. I'll try and get some night shots.

This would be the one time when I wouldn't mind a little glare as it will make you more visible to others around you. Annoying as glare is when HIDs are not in a proper housing the idea of a drop-in or P-n-P kit in a golf cart isn't terrible.
