Default 91 club car wont go

I have a 91 club car that wont do anything. I can jump the 2 large posts on the solenoid and it will run and accelerate so i thought it was a bad solenoid. I installed a new solenoid and have the same problem. Can anyone clue me in as to what to check next.

Yes there is a micro inside the V-glide. The driver side cover pops off with 3 clips holding it on. Check for voltage at the two small terminals on the solenoid.

Test with the Cart on Jack Stands, Key on & peddle depressed.....Connect tester to both small terminals. No voltage check out the two micro switches.

One is on the F&R and the second is inside the V-glide....
