Best way to change motor
I am changing the motor on my 01 DS series next week. What is the easiest way to do it? I ma honking remove body or release springs and raise cart. Any insight.

I back the cart up some rhino ramps to raise the back end, then get underneath to remove cables and remove mounting bolts and pull it off. Take off the back panel for access and light as well. Write down the connections prior to removing the cables and prior to starting the work remove the main nagative bat cable at the battery so you dont fry something.

Disconnect your batteries first. It is WAY too easy to short out the system under there.
