Charger won't come on
I have a 1999 Club Car Ds..48 Volt..new batteries ..cart runs good.. charger won't come on..it works good on a friends cart..I have put a cable from the fused side of the charger receptacle to the last negative battery terminal with same cable going through the obc and have also run a wire from grey wire fuse holder to the same terminal..charger clicks but won't come on.

Re: Charger won't come on
If your charger works on another cart then probably a bad OBC. Change it or bypass it and get a DPI charger.

Re: Charger won't come on
Check for battery voltage inside the charger receptacle. The charger will not come on if there is no battery voltage in the receptacle.
The new battery installer may have forgotten to connect a wire? |
