pictures of said radio wiring harness?

It could be the yellow is the power antenna lead and is 12volts out to power the electric antenna on some cars. If that's the case then there is another wire for the memory.

OK so the one that is red and marked positive goes to the last battery in the pack on the positive lug.

The black one, negative, goes to the 1st battery in the pack on the negative lug.

The one marked C also needs positive to turn on the display and will require what ever voltage the MFG recommends.

The key switch on your cart has 36 volts going thru it.

The switched power I was going to use ignition/key switch but it's reading way more than 12v? Then run red to + terminal on on battery and the black to the next negative in line?

Yes, but red needs 12 volts only. Not the total from pack that is at the switch.

C can go to your key/switch if you want you meter to turn off/on.

SIDE NOTE,check your fuses in the red and yellow wire for the radio.

The yellow 12v is for a constant power for the stereo when it's on to power the built in amps. The red 12v is used to tell the stereo to go from on/stand-by/on from the key switch.
if you are going to run an accessory battery or from part of the pack (memory) then you will want the red lead connected to a switch so it can go into stand-by when the cart is off. Either use the key if there is a 12v connection or another rocker switch.
If you don't want to take the chance of draining the battery, then they can both be connected to same 12v source on a switch.

Mine is connected to a 36v to 12v 30amp reducer. It turns on with the key switch and I don't worry about memory.... I usually just listen to cd or driod.
