Charger won't charge even with obc bypassed
I am working on a 48v DS 1999 and the charger when Plugged in comes on but sits at 0A. I figured obc was bad and bypassed it by running a wire from fuse on receptacle to main negative and it still reads 0A. Cart has 48.6V across pack and I have tried several chargers and they all do the same thing. Any ideas?

Only look at the cart. Is the charging wire hooked up on the main positive lead? It seems like the OBC is good, since it still didn't work when you bypassed it. Maybe try an OBC reset (sticky) if you haven't already. Also check your wiring. You could have a wire wrong somewhere... |
