Angry problems

1996 48v ds that i have been working on. had a bad obc so I installed a new one. brand new trojan 875 all around. battery charger I know is good. brand new solenoid as well. rode it for the first time....i can walk faster than it goes. it will not drive in reverse. when I hit the gas it does click, but no go. also, the charger will also now not turn on. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Charge it, sounds to me they lost charge. If charger will not turn on check pack with volt meter, may be too low.

. . . read the below thread . . instructions on how to force charger on . . read all precautions also . . . this bypass will not allow charger to turn off automatically . . . only charge long enough to bring pack up to level of about 40v . . . then remove the bypass and charge normally . . .
