if i check at the solenoid, where do i check it on the solenoid? which pin goes where? does the key need to be on, gas pressed or anything?

Either or both, both could not hurt. You can put the black terminal of volt meter on ground either at main negative bat terminal or b- on controller and the red either on main positive of pack or solenoid same either way cus the cable attaching to solenoid comes from main positive of battery pack. If total pack does not equal sum of individual reading something is not right.

Ok, so your charger is fine, don't worry about it, and your batts are fully charged, don't worry about them. It's gotta be a wiring problem somewhere on the cart...

Sometimes it's hard to diagnose without actually seeing the cart in person. Do you have a CC dealer near you?

There should only be a few wires attached to pack, you should take pics and document what you have going on.

At what voltage will the charger kick on with an OBC? Is 50.4 high enough for in not to come on? Just a thought.

. . . have you checked the fuse in the gray sense lead wire at back of charger receptacle in cart?
