replaced IQ controller got light arc when i touch + to Batts
I just replaced the controller on a 2008 DS IQ with a reman controller. when I touched the positive lead to the battery I got a slight arc, I touched it again 2 seconds later and got no arc? is this normal? maybe a capacitor charging?
