hey every body. im new here and just wanted to say hi. i just picked up a 88 club car ds 36 volt. its already been lifted 6" with 24" tires. really nice paint. previous owner owned a body shop and did all the work. im looking to get more speed and torque any help would be appreciated. thanks.
p.s. battery's are not new but load tested great |

i'm new to all this too, but I've been told by a reputable dealership of carts, that do mods as well, that 36v is not good at all to lift and put tires, as it supposedly makes it slower and stresses the hell out of all the components. Just something for u to research

First off, to both of you guys, welcome to the forum!
Yes, 36v carts are not good for lifts. You should upgrade to a 48v solid state system. Scottyb on here sells complete conversion kits to convert from 36 to 48. |
