Charger Not Turning off
2004 Club car Iq Charger comes on charges batteries up to 63 volts charger down to 0 amp showing on charger but charger never turns competley off any help apprecited batteries r 2 yrs old

the volts can get to 67 volt before the charger will turn off, how many hours was it charging when it was on 63 volts??, it can take up to 16 hours

9.0 hrs I observed while charging was watching when the amp gage was showing 5 amps dropped to 0 as if charger was cut off but when I unpluged the charger the realy in charger then clicked off.When cart was in storage after 3 days same thin 0 amps showimg but realy in charger still closed and charger warm to touch
