. . . the CC charger is controlled by the OBC . . . when the relay is bypassed in the charger to force it to charge, the OBC no longer controls it and it won't shut off (OBC shuts it off) . . . if you are trying to eliminate the OBC on your cart, there are ways to do this, but you won't be able to use the CC charger anymore as the CC charger is not a stand-alone automatic charger . . . you would need to buy a new charger . . .

ok thats what i was thinkin about the charger i wasnt sure, i didnt know if there was something i could bye and install in the charger, cause my charger works great!!! But if i have to bye a new one i will, And i dont wanna said dumb but the chart said 59.2 is that after it sets for a while or right when you unplug the charger???

. . . after receiving a full charge cycle, and after the battery pack "rests" (several hours), the pack reading should be around 50.93v, which would be 100% charged . . . this is assuming pack is in good condition, etc . . . the higher readings, ie, 59-65v is what the charger will feed to the pack during the charge cycle, which is normal . . . the 59-65v reading is not what you would expect after the pack "rests" . . .
