1997 club cart 48volt ?'s
I am new to this so i have some ?'S
(1997 club cart 48volt) 1)How many volts should it read if i check all batteries together? At full charge!!! 2)My computer is bad on my cart but i have a good charger but i have to check the voltage with meters and unplug it when i think it charged which i think its 50.6 volts and is there a way to fix my changer where it will shut off automatic without buying a new computer for the cart?? Re: 1997 club cart 48volt ?'s
ok .. from what i know ... the chart is with good batteries and is at time charger first shuts off ... after it sits it will "settle down "
i think your problem is the relay or auto timer but i dont know the type or charger you have ... these are only guesses cause i ain't that good yet |

Re: 1997 club cart 48volt ?'s
my charger doesnt have the automatic shut off on it, it is a 1997 club car so it has the on board computer that is bad. so i wired it to charge all the time so i have to check it with a multimeter and tell when its charged, so you say that its 50.93 volts when u unplug the charger at that time but after it sets for a few it will die off a lil right?

Let me start by saying what you are doing is a bad idea and could cause major problems or explosions.
OK the charger charges the bats up to about 65 volts prior to shut off. |

Re: 1997 club cart 48volt ?'s
And u said 65volts is where the charger would cut off automatic if it was an automatic charger.
Do you know any way to make it turn off automatic??? without the OBC |
