Sorry to butt in, new here. This thread seems to be relevant to my problem.

I have an old (not sure how old, bought it last year), clubcar. Working fine last year but something happened over the Winter and now I only have 28/29 volts across the batteries. I see in the manual that I can bypass the relay and do a short charge to get the charger going properly again.

However, I am in Europe and therefore have a 240 volt charger. The pics in the manual are for US version. Mine has two 10 amp circuit breakers and the relay looks a little different to the version in the (US??) manual.

My questions - 1. removing the cable from the circuit breaker - which one or both? If both which one do I connect the relay to?? 2. Relay has two connections on one end and 4 at the other, more or less as in the manual, but I cannot seem to find a 'tan' cable - I have a red one and all the rest are black.....

I suppose what I really need is a diagram of the European wiring, anybody know where I might find it??

The difference between 120 and 240v is that your transformer has 2 hot wires. You should have two wires coming in from the cord going to the two fuses. Then from the fuses to the relay and then two wires from the relay to the transformer. Correct?
