Post Wich Test To Separate The Good From The Bad

I guys !! New here! Pretty nice site love it!! Sorry for my english I probably do some mistake but i'll work it!!

I have a lot of 6x8V ClubCar battery maintenance to do and my first question is how can I do to know if the battery are good to kept there charge or not.

I'm live in Canada and the half of the Cart fleet have slept outside for winter at around -13f and 90% have frozen. Some of theme are really round so they're good for the garbage, recycling of course! But did they can continue to work well even if they expend a little??
