It may not be the solenoid. What you did is bypass the activation circuit. What it does tell you is that your issue is in the low current side. To be safe, put the cart on stands and put a volt meter on the two small posts of the solenoid. Now have someone press the pedal and see if you get 36 volts. If you do, replace the solenoid, if not, start tracing the activation circuit.

Okay guys! We replaced the solenoid and it's still a no go. I already ordered it before kgsc replied. The batteries are all registering 6.3 just regularly and under load. What do we check next? I know kgsc said to trace the activation circut, but have no clue what that means!

any way to get photos of battery compartment ? wires ? controller ?

low current side = f/r switch , controller , v-glide .. etc

We figured it out! We took a microswitch to an electric shop to have it checked to find out that the cart had another one behind a plastic piece near where the batteries are. I took the plastic cover off and discovered one of the wires pulled off of the microswitch when the body was forced forward during the crash. I put it back on and it's working! Thanks so much for all of your help!
