Default Seat Kit for 2007 Precedent

New to golf cart world....I'm looking for a rear seat kit where I don't have to remove the rear storage basket? Do they exist? If so is there a brand anybody recommends?

Also if anybody has experience on these the question is...do they stick out to far?

Do I need to install Heavy Duty Springs when I install a rear seat kit? Will the ride be that bad if I dont?
I dont have any extra batteries in the back

I think you are supposed to, because if you don't the rear will sag quite a bit when people are riding.
I have never installed a rear seat, hopefully someone who has will chime in...
