Default Help with an id on this cart?

I have a guy that wants to sell this to me but its a hour drive trying to decide weather to go for it or not he has no info on the cart and not sure if the batteries are good??? He wants $300 with the lest tronic charger should I start another project? Haha

My guess is club car 36v 5 solenoid 1980's
