Default What size reducer...

I will be adding headlights and taillights and a cigarette power plug to my cart. What size reducer will I need? I would like one that has a trigger wire that turns it off when the cart is off. I saw that Club Car makes a 20 amp model, would this work for my application?

I would buy the largest amp reducer I could afford just in case I would want to add anymore 12v accessories later.

Typically the bigger reducers last longer because they heat up less because they tend to have better (bigger) cooling fins. I use a 30 amp 400 watt switchable reducer for all the carts. Then you can add whatever you want down the road.

cant go wrong with the one Scotty Is selling and the price is good. You won't be sorry about buying a bigger one then you need right now either. Down the road it's inevitable that you will want to add something else and you'll be ready for it.
