Default 36 Volt Club cart doesn't work

Hi I have 94 year 36 volt club cart which doesn't work correctly. What happens is that cart is working fine for few minutes and just stops. Than I have to wait some random time 10,20,30 min and cart runs again for few min.
I did replace already V-Glide but this didn't help at all. I also bypass solenoid but still have same issue. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot more.

thank you.

Start at the batteries, measure each one then measure total pack voltage do this before charging or riding. Post findings here then we will know where to go from there.

Sounds like the controller is getting too hot and then working again when it cools? Can you verify this by temp testing before you run, By hand or laser temp gun. Then again when it quits and again when it runs again?

I did test all my batteries with dump loader and all batteries are in good shape.

Intermittent something. Solenoid, micro switch, loose wire?

Keep digging every time it stops. You will find it eventually.

It is possible that controller is broken?

Had similar problem with my 94 cc with controller....ended up being the arm in the v-glide arm had to be adjusted to sit correctly on right pads at both throttle off and full throttle. Something about the controller sensing something wrong and turning itself off if things arent correct. Think it's a built in safety thing to stop quick acceleration. I have a 36v resistor cart at the beach trailer and that one will break your neck if you tromp on it...my controller cart doesn't let me do that. I found that while I was first building my controller cart that either letting it sit long enough or removing power from it and then restoring the power reset the controller to give me use of it again. I was doing this just about every other time I tried to move it. Once I finally played with and got the v-glide settings right, it responds 100% of the time now. Can't tromp on it like the resistor cart but get smooth acceleration to full speed instead. I believe if your settings are off, especially at throttle off position, the cart thinks your trying to race it or something.
