Default 1990 CC conversion little confused

I just recently purchased the 700 fsip, 400 solenoid, 2 gage cable set, and throttle conversion kit. I just about have everything wired up but I'm a bit stumped on what all factory wires stay in that connect to the charging port. I do know what wires go back to the battery terminals as far as the big gage wires but its the smaller wires that go to the fr switch and the wires that originally went to the wiper. My cart is 36 volt resistor coil and I want to make sure I get this rite the first time. I'm also having some doubt on the diode on the solenoid, I have searched searched and searched but not finding the diagram I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated and by the way you guys are awesome on this site!!!! I have found so much valuable information on here sometimes I get lost in the threads when I need to be turning wrenches and getting this cart going... This is the best diagram I could find but it's for 1998-2002 will this work for my 1990 cc?
