Allsports 6" Long Travel Installed
I did the first real upgrade on my CC this weekend.
I'm not entirely handy, but the kit went on just fine. My only issue was seized/rusty spacers on the rear springs. The kit did result in taught brake lines that are now exposed. I'm afraid they're going to hang up in the woods. I'm going to add a PQ Grizzly in a month or so - should I just replace the brake system with disc and make sure I get longer lines? The ride is great. Getting around 20 mph on flat terrain. 48v on a 36v stock motor for now. I don't have enough time riding around in the jakes to appreciate much difference, but I am happy with the purchase and quality of the kit. Oh - while we're at it, I want to add a 12 auxiliary batt in the well below the rear seat. Is there a bracket available that will work with a marine box? Any reason not to put it there? Pics below - Forgive the color. Its on the list. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] |
