48 volt charging

Just installed brand new t-875 batteries in my 98 regen club car. After I installed the batteries put it on charge, ran 5 hours or so and shut down just fine. Now lately for the break in process I only use let it go for 9 holes then I charge. I was curious to see what the shut down voltage was so I decided to hook my volt meter up towards the end of charge. Down around 4-5 amps had 64.5 then it creeped up to 65 and the charger shut down. Took about 8 hours to charge. Is that 65 volts too high. And just for reference I did it twice both times shut down at 65 volts.

After reading this thread and with the camping season finally upon us I decided it was time to do a good check of the batteries on the cart we bought last fall, here is the disturbing data I found. 06 Precedent hooked to a Power Drive 2 charger most all winter. Checked water levels every 6 weeks but did not have a volt meter hooked up. Voltage checked from the Red ( positive ) and Black with White strip wire that would go to a volt meter.
First it seems odd to me that I read 35.2 VDC (prior to switching the run tow switch to run). Switched to run I read 49.7 VDC I cleaned all the cables and restarted the charger. After the charger shut off with no bleed down time of the float voltage was at 51.2 Here are the individual battery readings and hydrometer cell readings.
Bat #1 12.51 VDC cells 1250 1260 1275 1276 1250 1200
Bat #2 12.69 VDC cells 1260 1250 1262 1262 1275 1280
Bat #3 12.52 VDC cells 1280 1280 1270 1275 1200 1200
Bat #4 12.58 VDC cells 1300 1270 1230 1270 1250 1175
So I am assuming that these batteries are not the good batteries that the seller claimed they were. With these reading however what could I try to do try to get some use out of these until such time as i can afford to replace them rather with the same style or the 6 8 volt system that I have been reading about.
Please give me some opinions.
