Club Car A9606 Just stopped
The car was running great. We stopped at location and it hasnt run since. The batteries are less than 9 months old. They are holding charge. Towed back to shed. Confused

I'm a Newbie....V-Glide I guess....Controller looks like a V Shape.....Similiar to a Fan

Its not mine....I've been given the task of repairing it at work.....If I cant fix it they are going to buy a new one.....Lucky me

ok thats a v glide and if it is great its what i have
 88-03 electric club car wiring diagram with v-glide  1st make cart safe to work on .. jack up rear til rear wheels are off the ground.. this is important so cart does not take off on you also make sure cart has full charge 2nd check all wires with diagram.. pay extra attention to f/r switch and solenoid 3rd check solenoid click link http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...f-its-bad.html 4th check f/r switch make sure its working correctly making good contact 5th check wiper switch assembly make sure it is working properly and micro switch is working .. check "fan" is clean and connecting with brushes 6th check resistor group assembly make sure coils are intact 7th check motor click link http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...otor-test.html 8th give up and have them buy new cart ..LOL |

Nice...Thanks.....I haven't had time to look at it yet. I tried bypassing the solenoid and it runs even before I touch the pedal. When I release it jerks then attempts to turn reverse
