Default 1986 Club Car wont move, help...

I sent this to another member for help but i thought i would post here for more opinions.

Well this is a cart I bought for my father in law to just get around our property. Its a kinda beat up 1986 36v CC resistor. Before I gave it to him about 10 months ago I replaced all the solenoids and micro switches. I also replaced all the batt cables with new ones as well as ones going to motor and back to the F/R switch. I also cleaned and polished the copper bus bar. I didn't replace the small wiring at the f/r switch though... :(

It not moving now. All batts are good and voltage good. At first I was hearing a loud buzzing sound when I hit accelerator, almost like a motor that wont turn but trying... Now I'm getting clicks, I think only 3 and then nothing.

When I switch to reverse or forward I hear the MS click. I am not really sure how to Test the f/r switch. I tried jumping the main solenoid (closest to driver) by jumping big posts but that didn't work either.

My FIL had a battery crack and leak all fluid out. So being the electrically challenged redneck that he is he ran it with 5 batteries instead of 6 (30 volts). Then he also put in a darn 12v car battery in there for a while and was charging it with the regular 36v charger too. What do you think he could have messed up driving under and over voltage and charging it that way too?
