You know, I have pretty much the same set up with the same speed and I too have been contemplating acquiring some additional torque for that "easing around through the woods" , if you know what I mean. Let us know how your upgrade turns out and performs. Oh yeah and Hampton Co. huh, you have all the deer down there man.

I Lifted my iq cart and put 23" tires on it. The cart would run ok on flat ground but it was lacking on torque. I tried just putting a 500 amp controller, 400 amp continuous solenoid, and 2 ga cables on a stock motor. I wound up frying the motor. I went with a D&D torque motor and been happy ever sense.
