04 IQ cart not charging
My 04 48v IQ cart will not charge, Battery pack voltage 49v.I have by passed OBC by jumping gray wire at charger receptacle to battery neg. still will not charge. I bypassed charger relay & charger comes on. Is this a bad relay or am I missing something? If it is bad relay where due I buy one? It is a PowerDrive 2 charger.

You may need to purchase a charger repair kit, which includes the relay, rectifier, and breaker. It would be great if you have another cart around to try your charger on it and see if it does the same thing...

Thanks for the reply, The breaker checks out good. I have ordered a new relay hopefully that will solve the problem.

follow up on charging problem, replaced the relay, charger fixed.
