Default Voltage Reducer yellow wire

I have a 96 48v ccds series cart. I want to hook up the the voltage reducer on its own switch and not the key switch. The voltage reducer is a 48v to 12v 30 amp unit. How many amp switch would i need, and where on the battery pack would i hook up the yellow wire ? Thanks for any help !

The reducer should have red, black, blue, and yellow wires.
Red and black to positive and negative batt mains.
Blue is 12v positive out to accessories.
Yellow will go the the switch you install. I don't think the switch has to be huge, just any automotive switch you find at an auto parts store...

Wires are

Red
Blk

The yellow wire is the only wire in question for me due to the fack i want to run it on its own switch not the key switch.

Not sure of the model and make. I can post a pic tonight though.

I meant green, not sure where I got blue...
Anyway, the yellow wire goes to the terminal on the key switch that has power when flipped on and no power when off.
