2000 48V Club Car no power
I have a 2000 48 V Club Car that is loosing power. Sometimes you can get on it and it will do just fine other times it takes off fast then slows to a crawl. The batteries show 49 to 50 volts when fully charged. I tested them under a load going up a long steep grade. The batteries started off with 49.1 volts and dropped to 46.6 volts going up the hill. All the wiring looks good and has new battery cables. The voltage to the motor also is 48 volts. The problem has been off and on but here lately it has become more frequent. I even checked the brakes to make sure they were not hanging up. FRUSTRATED AND OUT OF IDEAS!!
