98 club car regen 2 what am I missing?

I have a 98 club car regen 2 that will not run. Has new batteries,new obc,2 new solenoids. Key switch, f&r switch, tow run switch, and potentiometer limit switch all check out ok. Controller is known to be good swapped out of another running cart. Cart runs when you jump the main solenoid. What am i missing?

How did you check out the main solenoid ? Sounds like the solenoid is not working ! Could be a bad wire.

Thanks for the reply golfdog. Cart has 2 new solenoids. The main solenoid is not getting activated. All switches check ok. Thought i may be missing something. Going to start checking wires.

If you are getting positive (+)power to the solenoid small terminal, jumper the neg. small terminal to the controller B- or #6 battery neg. If the solenoid then works you could have a faulty OBC. The OBC disconnects the solenoid when the cart is on charge and this function may be faulty although the car will still charge.
