No power to solenoid

I have got a 48volt club car and have had it about 6 weeks. I am not not sure of the age but guessing early 2000s. When I got it, it did not run. I discovered that the solenoid was not working and change it. It ran for about two weeks then one day went to get on it and it would not go. After a little investigative work, I found that the controller was bad. It actually blew a rubber plug out of it. I replaced the controller about 3 weeks ago and it has ran very well. Went to get on it the other day and it won't go. The buzzer dose not sound or anything. I checked all the wires and they are good and good connections. All the batteries are good and read 8.4 volts except one which about 6.5 volts. I tried resetting the OBC but do not think that it worked because the buzzer never sounded out. Do you think that it is the OBC? And why so many electrical problems?

If you could post your serial number, that would be great. It is under the dash on a white sticker. That one battery is shot. What year are the batts, and are they all the same brand?

Not sure how old the batteries are. They are Trojan T-860 batteries. The serial number is A0016-883916. I am new to working on a golf cart and greatly appreciate the help.

Ok, it's a 2000 DS model. Take an entire reading of the pack and see what it is. Also, if you look at the negative terminals on the batts, you should see a letter followed by a number. That is the date code. D9 would be April 2009.
This sounds like a battery problem, especially if one is only reading 6 volts.

Across battery pack it reads 48.3. The code on the negative post reads J9. So, the batteries are October of 2009. Can I just replace the one battery?

I wouldn't replace the one, especially since they are all from 2009, and they typically last around 5-6 years depending on maintenance. You should replace them all at once.
Does the cart charge?

It appears to charge. The charge meter is all the way over in the green.

I have bought one set of batteries in my carting life (4 years), and it was right when I bought my first cart. I purchased Interstate Workaholics, and they were great. I ended up selling the cart, but for the 3 years I had them, they were still good as new. I can tell you that Crown and Trojan are said to be the best, and US and Interstate (same company) a close second.

$800.00 dollars later on batteries and a no go! I'm not sure what to do at this point. The only thing I have not changed is the on board computer.
