Default In the market for batteries which to go with?

I'm going to be purchasing new batteries for my 03 48v iq soon and was wondering which battery everyone would recomend? I'm not looking to spend over $100 per battery. Are the trojans worth the money? Also, a place I deal with locally has crowns at resonible prices and I heard good this about them. any idea and help is appreciated.

Being fairly new to this, I can only give you the advise that I was given by two separate individuals, and that was that the Trojan brand was the best to go with for golf carts. They are hard to find as you can not get 8V batteries at your local car parts places. I'd be interested to see how others reply to this, but so far Ive had great success with my new set of Trojan's. Also for what its worth, when I got the cart, there were original Trojan batteries in the cart from 2004, so they seem to have a good life span.

Crowns are just as good or better then Trojans , both are good choices
Cannot go wrong with either of them I have 8 -6 volt crowns (CR260) in my 48 volt EZgo
TXT PDS works great , just make sure you go with a top producer
If you go cheap on bateries you will regret it
Cheers !

The Duracell battery is made by Deka. I went to my local Deka store and they beat Sam's club price for the same batteries.
