Default Brought my cart back and exchanged today...

Well that didn't last long - I guess I need to update my pic again. I took back my week old cart back to the folks that sold it to me. Main reason was the rear differential was leaking...had drops all over my garage. Was no way I was going down that road...especially for just buying. The other thing was the goPedal. It was very inconsistent in acceleration and low speeds. I test drove another model and did a visual inspection. Yes I have learned alot from this forum over the last 7 days. Any way - they took the body off mine(RED) and put on the one I traded with. 37 minutes later - all is well. Loaded back on the trailer and was headed home.

I really commend Golf Cars of Beaumont for such excellent customer service. I would definately recommend them to anyone in the area. The prices are much better than in Houston.

Thanks for listening.

Oh yea...it's still an 09 Precedent with a serial beginning with PH.

I am attaching a picture of the new one plus the oil on my garage floor.

You bought a used 2009 cart and returned it back because of a few drips on the garage floor? Did you think it was a new golf cart? Surely the seller offered to fix the small leak for you?

Sorry I am with cmalberto on this. If you buy a used cart (or car) from a dealer, it should be in perfect working condition. That includes no leaks.

Yeap that was my thinking and their acceptance to take back and swap out. They can go fix(if they choose) on their nickel. I also noticed the goPedal is much smoother - has a lot of mid-range that my first cart didn't.

The wife even noticed the difference - needless to say I won't have to clean up the garage now.

--Thanks.

Just don't overfill your batteries then charge, otherwise you'll find acid spots on garage floor.
