I am not sure what the speed sensor test is but f I let the cart roll downhill with no go pedal applied it starts to beep so I think it is working, GPS on flat ground is 10-11 mph very slow, the gas pedal does not seem to have any side to side play but you have to press the gas pedal down 2/3 of the way before it moves

That is the test
sounds like a pedal issue like the mcor isn't getting all the way activated

. . . have you checked the GO pedal/MCOR input rod mating surfaces yet? Believe me, it only takes about 1/32" of wear of these surfaces to make a difference. The wear usually occurs on the GO pedal . . if you see daylight between these two parts, try placing a shim of sorts (washer, etc) where they mate up as viewed from above and drive it again . . last summer I rode around with a washer jammed in there until I was able to get to CC dealer to buy a new pedal and shaft . . .

Yes you are absolutely correct, I wedged a stick between the plastic nub on the mcor shaft and back of go pedal and wow what a difference now I get about 18 -20 mph on flat ground and twice the hill climbing power, now to figure out a proper fix is it the go pedal support that is worn or the plastic mcor shaft? And procedure for changing them?

. . . some people have placed a piece of 1/4" tubing over the MCOR "nub" as a temporary fix . . . the wear actually is on the GO pedal . . . the cast aluminum sort of "dishes" out from contact with the MCOR shaft . . . the "proper" fix is to replace both components . . . cost about $30 for parts at CC dealer . . . not too difficult a task to replace . . . took me about an hour or so and I am a slow worker . . . just pay attention to how the assembly comes apart underneath the cart so you get it back together correctly . . .

I don't have a local club car dealer nearby me in long island or in the poconos PA where I have my carts, any suggestion as to an online CC parts dealer that I could purchase a new GO peal and MCOR shaft?
