Borrowed my friends charger ,now it doesn't work, also have to reset OBC every time I plug a charger in to try .Pulling hair out as I type, this is driving me nuts as I was an electrician and can't figure this crap out.

I know Stevegrmich on here has a picture of a charger apart showing how to bypass the OBC. If the cart charges then, you have a bad OBC...

Is your friends charger for cc and 48 volt?
If so then your problem is most likely in the cart not the charger. Have you tried your charger on friends cart? If it works on friends cart you can rule out charger.

He is out of town for a week so it will be some time if and when I do this ,and his cart is a cc ,48 v but this is a good idea,I just had the cart repaired last week ,I think the guy said it was the actuator or what ever was not completely plugged in .Voltage is good on the pack ,so I'm at a catch 22 kinda ,without taking it to a mechanic who knows whats going on with these things ,it's a 50 mile drive one way to get help .
