Default 48 v ,charger

I ordered repair parts and rebuilt the charger for the 2nd time in a few years ,I keep blowing the 3/8 a.fuse in the cart ,borrowed a friends charger ,his worked fine ,so I'm pretty darn sure it's my charger ,is there a schematic on line that I can view to find a testing order for this charger ?Any feed back is deeply appreciated ,my wife loves her cart and I'm in the dog house if I can't repair .I can charge them with the car charger but that tends to be somewhat detailed when just a plug in is most acceptable .

Resistance causes heat, use a temp probe to find a hot spot.

Is the diodes with heatsink the same thing as a rectifier.
