No VIN/ID Plate
I purchased a Precedent last week and was told it was an 2009 model. I looked at the thread in the sticky but do not have a ID plate under the dash. Not sure if it was removed when the cart was painted to my specs. Is there a stamp somewhere on the frame or a secondary location for the serial/VIN number?

not sure about a precedent but just incase, both of my club car DS models have secondary serial plates under the front body cowl on the frame near the key switch. They are mounted on the aluminum frame bar. Maybe it could be that way on the precedent as well?

Secondary VIN on Precedent models can be located by removing floor mat by removing 4 screws ( 2 on each side of the mat). Then pull up the plastic cover between the pedals and the forward reverse switch. Look on the frame under the switch below the parking brake cable.

If its a 2009 model the first four digits should be PQ09.
