Not sure what year harness you used but the two schematics I looked at do not show orange at all

06 schematic red, blue, white, red center
11 schematic black/white, blue, brown, black/white center

Harness matches the schematic that I posted. Was the part # that Tahoedawg gave me. It was for a 2002 and up CC DS IQ cart.

I know you double checked the wiring, but is it wired right at the controller. Main studs going down should be BLACK, WHITE, YELLOW & GREEN. Two spade connectors should be ORANGE on top and LIGHT BLUE on bottom

Other than the fact that I replaced all the 6 gauge wires to 4 gauge (I did color code them with colored tape) That is the same alignment that I have on my controller. Thanks

A couple of questions. Is this a pic of your system? Did you unplug the 4 pin plug for picture taking or is it that way? I guess 3 questions, do you have a controller cover on your controller and or did you take it off for photo ops? I noticed the controller was a bit dusty.

Yes this pic is my system. I unplugged the 4 pin to take the pic. I have the cover, but It was off when I bought the cart. I had to replace the controller, it was fried when I bought it.
