Default Power Drive 3 Club Car Charger Help

Charger comes on goes full charge(15 Amp gauge pegged) .never reduces amps or shuts off, gets very hot??I don't think we are dealing with an OBC problem because my other charger operates normal on the cart, opened the charger see a relay mounted on a very small board, thinking maybe relay is stuck??? Any input, the charger is the small 48v and the cart is 2007 DS IQ.thanx dave

TahoeDawgZ71 said he once fried an egg on a PD3 charger, so apparently getting hot is normal. However, staying pegged on 15 amps is not.
How old are the batteries, and are they watered correctly?

You may just need to put a charger repair kit in your charger. That replaces the relay, rectifier, and breaker. My charger was pegging at 15 amps then tripping the breaker. I put a kit in, and no problems since. Not sure if that would fix it or not?
