Default noisy brushes now wont go uphill

Hi everyone. I have a 97 club car series type. I have had noisy brushes and no even on a slight incline the cart's brush noise gets bad and the cart jerks and will not go up. Once I push it to level ground it will go. Just wanna make sure its all the same problem. I just had to run jumper from solenoid small yellow to battery to get it going ...after doing OBC reset because it won't charge. I'm so mad....took it to where I bought it and they won't/can't fix it. Had it there 2x and they keep saying all fixed... get it back to site and its all still bad.

Not sure what you mean by "noisy brushes" but if they are not in good shape, that can be your problem and you will kill your motor in short order. Get them replaced and the commutator cleaned up if necessary.

Looks like you have two issues, one is performance and the other the OBC. If the cart goes with the jumper attached and not when its detached, the OBC or the continuity of the yellow wire to the OBC is faulty. That the cart does not charge also points to the OBC. Best test the charger on a cart that is known to be ok to prove. Not sure about brushes, should the noise not increase with speed rather than on an incline?

I Figured Out That my Problem Was My Cart Not Fully Charging Due To The obc issue.... Bypassed Obc And It Charges.....Just Gotta Put Timer On It For Now.

Don't Know Why My Phone Wants To Cap Every Word Here...Sorry

I Think Low Batt Voltage Caused Excessive Brush noises....

when ChargedUp It Runs Much Better But Still Has Less Angry Brush Noise..Sound
Like A "Card In My Wheel Spokes" Sound.

I Think I Will Rebuild The Motor AnyWay....

I'll AskFor Info On Rebuilding In Another Thread.
