Default Powerdrive charger issues

I have a Powerdrive charge that isn't working. I know my OBC is fine because I have two other chargers that work just fine on the cart.

I've replaced the relay in the charger but it still doesn't work. What are the next things I should look for or troubleshoot? I've searched and read all sorts of threads on bad relays but I couldn't find any "what if relay has been replaced" threads.

Thanks,

Doug

Thanks for the info everyone. The manual definitely helps.

I was looking for rebuild kits for the PowerDrive (not 2 or 3) and the cheapest I could find was $67. The kits for the PowerDrive 2&3 are much cheaper.

Thanks again!

That's for the Powerdrive 2. My charger doesn't have a bridge rectifier in it.

Thanks for looking though.
