Default Fuse at charging port 48 vclub car

Took the body off to paint cart . Fuse that is attached to charging port split when I unthreaded the wire. What is the proper name for this fuse and where could I get a replacement. Thanks

If its the fuse with the glass cover, its a Fuse 48v and for my cart its part #101796801 probably the same for a range of years, obtainable from a CC agent or possibly one of the site sponsors.
