Removing stock tail lights trick
I have a 1994 DS and in process of painting it. Want to take off rear plastic to paint as I did with front. I notice rear tail lights are attached with some odd star type pin method.. Any idea what tool I need to take lights out without snapping or breaking the things that hold it in..

Re: Removing stock tail lights trick
Yeah I'd like to get them off in one piece so I don't have to spend more money getting stainless steal bolts or what not. Every time I go into the hardware or auto parts store for supply I end up dropping a min of $50-100.

Yep sounds about right It comes with the territory As far as the bolts go, get a star bit driver. If they are plastic they need to be upgraded anyhow. |
