Default 2000 club car ds regen 2 not moving

I have a 48v regen 2 both solenoids are clicking motor was bad sent it to plum quick and had them rebuild it. Put it in and still nothing does anyone know what the voltage should be coming from the v-glide diodes yellow purple white wires please help stuck on cart for about two weeks thanks
