Default 89 CC won't go

well it's been a long time since i was here, and i never did come through with pics of my cart build. It's been almost 5 years now with a lot of miles but now she won't go. Parked it, plugged the charger up, went on vacation and when I returned she refused to leave the shed. Everything looks fine. No corrosion and all connections are tight. When I push the gas nothing happens. No solenoid click. At first I thought maybe the F/R switch was in neutral, but it wasn't. The only thing I can figure is the solenoid is bad, or the PB-6. Again, I'm electrically challenged and not sure how to check any of this. I can't imagine what might have happened. Any help? (yes the batteries are fully charged.)

You might want to get this moved or repost up in cc electric for better responses.
