They aren't making me a believer. I've called 3 times today and one yesterday without answer. Emailed them 2 days still no response... I wonder what's the deal?

Don't give up on them. They are a little tough to get in touch with sometimes..

I spoke to them today. Answered all my questions. Nice guys! They actually called me back from my left MSG a day or so ago.

Same with me so I called D&D instead, got to talk to an engineer right away and had my custom dyno tested motor the next week.

My neighbor actually got in touch with PQ and he ordered a motor, he got it in a month.

That's typical, and why I used someone else for my motor, its one thing not to hear back when you want info or want to order something, completely different when you have a problem and caint get in touch with them, that's why I went with somewhere else.

There are plenty of people here that sing their praise, and make excuses for them all the time, so its up to you to decide which way to go.

I recently sent them my 36v motor and the had it a total of 5 days. I went from 15mph to 20mph for $265 plus shipping. They seem to be behind a day or two on email and phone calls. From what I understand there is only 3 employees working there.(family operation).

But for the money I think its the single best thing you could do for you cart. I noticed a slight increase in torque but 5mph gain in speed..........

Did you get the Bandit upgrade? Why was it 265 plus shipping? I thought it was like $225 plus shipping of yours to and from , for like $30 each way so it should be like 285 total or so. Right?
