Found this yesterday and tried to contact Eastcoast Customs a few times but no answer... Did they ever get these 2 speed rear ends in circulation? This is exactly what Im wanting but with a lot of searching it seems it's just a gost hunt!

I just installed one in my cart, talk to Scott at imaginative, I have not run it yet to say one way or the other, but it is built like a brick shithouse.

Thanks Scott, I just got off the phone with him and that is a very expensive upgrade but I'm gonna save up and get one.... Please keep us posted on how everything goes with yours, did you go with the floor shifter or column shifter?

Re: 2 speed rear end?

I went with the column, may decide to use the electric shifter later, we will have to see how the cable shifter works out

Have you gotten a chance to run it around yet? Pros & Cons? I've read somewhere that it kicks the rear wheels outward about 2" from stock. If that's true that would be awesome not having to run these spacers I got on here now.

Its really nice, shifting works fine, better going into low then high, but still not a big deal, also the rear is the same width as a stock rear, somewhere around 33 1/4-33 1/2 ", that's inside to inside the brake backing plate. very quiet , all in all I am happy with the results.

I have one of them too, and I love it. I have a stock motor, and controller. I do have a high speed magnet in the cart. and can run 24 on a flat road. and in low gear can climb the hills that my atv can climb. Im getting a new high torque motor and 700 amp controller and hope to have some new results with this set up. but am happy with 2 speed rear end with stock.

Thanks Scott and Rem for the feedback. Sounds like this would be a better first purchase than a controller! Thanks again guys. Hey Rem, some video of you climbing the ATV hills would be pretty cool ;)
